Gradually updating list of submission windows for August 2022 and beyond

Hi everyone!

I'm gradually updating the list of submissions windows for August and beyond. I have too many other matters to deal with at the moment, so expect this to require another 3-5 days to really flesh out with more deadlines, but I've marked down a bunch of deadlines in section 1. Take a look.

EDIT 1: addition of a novella window to the sparse section 5
EDIT 2: additions to everything, including another 8/15 deadline of 8 cents and two additions to the sparse section 3 (one window only open to the first 13 stories subbed on 8/13).
EDIT 3: added more deadlines to September, such as Into Chaos
